Sauers and Edie Pereira Hulbert, have a combined notary experience of 30+ years and have been in the signing industry since 2000. Both notaries carry 100K in E&O insurance and the company carries a million dollar liability rider. We are experienced with first, second, reverse and home equity line of credit mortgages. We specialize in refinances and reverse mortgages. We carry a full office in our car and can handle last minute assignments with no problem. Both notaries have passed the National Notary Association's GLBA-compliant background screening. Personally closing loans in over 30 counties in upstate New York.

The counties listed at the beginning of the list are closest to our office. The farther down the list the county is the father away from our office it is and our fees are based on the distance from our office.

We have the ability to accept documents via email, fax, secure download and overnight delivery. We can print any electronic document format. We have a Lexmark T630 dual tray printer that can print 35 pages per minute.
